Job Responsibilities:

• As a Property Surveyor, you will liaise with inhouse teams, contractors and customers, undertaking both pre and post inspection of works, whilst overseeing and specifying void properties.

• You will carry out quality inspections on completed works and assist with the preparation and delivery of Planned and Programmed maintenance contracts.

• An excellent understanding of health and safety, good attention to detail and customer service skills are therefore essential.

Requirements:

• Be educated to a minimum of National Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent in building construction
• Ideally have experience in a construction related field.
• Have strong organisational and problem solving skills are essential to this role.
