Job Responsibilities
- -> Resolving network issues, VPN and firewall problems
- -> Addressing slow performance of computers and connectivity problems
- -> Recovering lost files and managing data archives for new starters and leavers
- -> Setting up laptops and PCs with new software, educating users on software and hardware usage, and handling password issues
- -> Troubleshooting storage and printer issues
- -> Setting up mobile phones and field apps, including iPhones and smartphones
- -> Coordinating with third-party providers of internet and cloud services and customized software packages
- -> Monitoring network security and anti-virus reports and taking appropriate action as required.
