Job Responsibilities:
HR Support:
- Act as the go-to person for HR queries, offering guidance and resolutions.
- Based in High Wycombe with occasional travel to Bicester (own transportation required).
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with Department Heads on job specifications.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new starters.
Policy Management and Compliance:
- Oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation.
- Keep Terms and Conditions up-to-date and maintain organized HR documentation.
System Management:
- Efficiently manage Sage People, implementing new functionality for streamlined HR operations.
Employee Development:
- Contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive training strategy.
Employee Relations Management:

- Handle disciplinary and performance-related procedures with sensitivity and compliance.
- Stay updated on UK employment legislation.
Requirements:
- Experienced HR Advisor with a minimum of three years in a similar or generalist capacity.
- Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualified
- Strong and up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and adaptable to learning new HR systems.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Impartial and diplomatic in handling challenging situations.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
