Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer assessments and care plan reviews

- Liaise with customer, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional care delivery
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or senior care position
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work (essential)
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best care practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
