-> To conduct preventative maintenance, repairs and housekeeping on the equipment within the Business as required, in line with operational efficiencies and health and safety standards.
-> To maintain equipment as per maintenance and housekeeping programmes as directed by Engineering Manager, to ensure operational efficiencies are at their highest levels – maintaining performance and productivity metrics and cost management processes.
-> To work in line with company health and safety requirements and quality standards, maintaining equipment in line with this.
-> Communicate effectively to Team members and colleagues. Be outward-looking in the search for best practice & continuous improvement
-> To be willing to work in a small team

-> Ability to work to a process whilst prioritising, problem solving & having good decision making abilities
-> Ability to work quickly and under pressure
-> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-> Ability to work equally autonomously and in a team environment
-> Self-motivated with desire for continual personal development
-> Flexibility/availability for emergency call out and weekend work as required meeting the operational needs of the facility.
-> Good eyesight and normal colour vision
-> Full driving licence
-> Knowledge of current H&S legislation, applying health & safety effectively Experience of welding and fabrication
-> Three phase electrical experience and qualification viewed as an advantage Hydraulic experience is essential
