Commercial Assistant


You will be part of a diverse and international team with flexible working hours and location though the position will be managed through our Dublin office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day export administration such as processing orders, liaising with our Far East production team, tracking orders, organising shipments and all export documentation.
  • Work closely with the distributors on their pending orders and forecasts for their new product launches.
  • Managing costs with our sourcing team; distributor pricing and margins.
  • Laise with our European design team on the new projects and launch dates.
  • Assist our Export director with existing distributor sales. Work with them to build sales strategy and plan new product launches suitable for each market.
  • Support any prospecting work / market research for new territories.


  • Experience in an international position.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Well organised, self-reliant.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English. Another language would be a plus but is not necessary.
  • Focus on customer service and ability to build up strong relationship with the distributors and markets.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and reporting / sales analysis.
  • Willing to travel occasionally. The position will mean travelling to our various group / distributor offices throughout Europe. Need to visit and organise various international gift exhibitions and conferences.
  • No specific experience is required in the gift industry though a previous experience in sales administration / export sales would be a plus.
