Care Co-ordinator

Job Responsibilities:
- Allocation of Care & Support Workers to all service user visits.
- Responding to incoming telephone enquiries.
- Processing new service user referrals.
- Preparing appropriate documentation for Field Care Supervisors.
- Ensuring Customer and Care & Support Worker records are up to date.
- Producing reports and management information as required.
Requirements:
- Being a good communicator
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),
- Ability to work under pressure and great organisational skills
- If you’ve worked in the care industry previously (or have a personal experience with care) then that would be great as well, but it’s not mandatory.
