Care Co-ordinator

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Allocation of Care & Support Workers to all service user visits.
  • Responding to incoming telephone enquiries.
  • Processing new service user referrals.
  • Preparing appropriate documentation for Field Care Supervisors.
  • Ensuring Customer and Care & Support Worker records are up to date.
  • Producing reports and management information as required.

Requirements:

 

  • Being a good communicator
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),
  • Ability to work under pressure and great organisational skills
  • If you’ve worked in the care industry previously (or have a personal experience with care) then that would be great as well, but it’s not mandatory.
