Job Responsibilities:
- Leading business development activities, including generating leads and winning new business
- Establishing trusted and collaborative relationships with key stake holders, including regional sales managers, to ensure a clear value proposition for our products, along with an appropriate pricing strategy
- Representing our product family with regional sales teams, customers, on social media, at conferences and trade shows, to build credibility and develop networks within our industry
- Promoting the growth of newly released products in the early stages of the product lifecycle
Requirements:
- You are tenacious and you have a demonstrable track record in winning new business, ideally in an engineering context
- You enjoy the challenge of developing an in-depth knowledge of technical, high-specification products
- You are comfortable presenting complex requirements to a broad range of technical experts, including demanding customers
- You enjoy influencing and negotiating with people and you can translate technical details into persuasive value propositions
- You demonstrate high levels of organisation and focus across CRM such as Salesforce and you can analyse trends and opportunities
- You have a degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) or another technical subject
