Job Responsibilities:
Communicating with key stakeholders, customers and the wider business users
Eliciting requirements using a variety of methods
Documenting requirements using User Stories, Process Models, Screen Mock-ups and other tools
Clarifying business needs for the technical team
Working closely with the technical team to refine requirements and review development work
Guiding users through User Acceptance Testing
Working with the Learning Designers to ensure training and learning material is delivered and maintained as part of solution delivery and enhancement

Skilled in facilitating workshops and refining requirements

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is beneficial
