Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and Schedule Maintenance: Create and maintain detailed schedules for preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure all assets operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Work Order Management: Generate, track, and close work orders, coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor Asset Performance: Use data from inspections, performance reports, and sensors to assess asset health, identifying issues before they become costly breakdowns.
- Inventory Management: Ensure spare parts and supplies are available when needed by maintaining an accurate inventory system and working closely with suppliers.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry regulations and safety standards, and maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Analyse maintenance trends and provide reports to management, offering insights to improve asset reliability and reduce downtime.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance coordination, asset management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or similar software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with maintenance staff and other departments.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and condition-based monitoring is an advantage.
